Open Source Projects at Butterfat, LLC
These are all open source projects I'm involved with as a partner of Butterfat, LLC.- blobber: Given a webcam, projector, and a computer, the program tracks lights/colors with the camera and then project "reactions" onto a large surface with the projector (see link for video)
- mod_auth_openid: An authentication module for the Apache 2 webserver. It handles the functions of an OpenID consumer as specified in the OpenID 1.1 specification.
- RestfulNative: Provides a RESTful HTTP interface to a Berkley DB XML database (Native XML Database).
- Mechanized XML: MeXML is a HTTP gateway providing a standardized mechanized interface.
- CLuPy: A Python interface to CLucene
- DOMLight: A Python library for making DOM's more accessable
- iGmail: An IMAPv4 interface to Gmail (since deprecated)
- StactiveRecord: A C++ library designed to make simple database use simple. It was inspired by Ruby on Rail's Active Record. It uses an Object-relational mapping pattern to represent records as objects. It also provides persistent (basic) object relationships (one to many, many to many, one to one).
Charleston Related
These are all projects I've started.- Street Level Lab: A group devoted to developing open tech for street art
- Charleston Wiki Project: A non-profit, non-political view of Charleston written by Charlestonians
- Lowcountry Blog Roll: A blogroll of (most) of the bloggers in Charleston (> 100)
- TagRecord: A record of tagging (graffiti) in Charleston
